Damon has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the growth company arena, having worked in the sector since 1996. Following a period working in the health service, he moved to the City to focus on the small-cap market where he has dealt with retail, professional, institutional and corporate clients. Damon is a holder of the Investment Management Certificate from the Chartered Financial Association.


Erik Woolgar

Corporate Broking

Erik has nearly 10 years’ experience in the growth company arena from an investor relations and corporate broking perspective. Beginning his career focusing on natural resources, he has since advised and provided insight to a range of corporate clients, while building a strong investment community network. Erik has been instrumental in bringing several companies to market, both AIM and standard listings, and advising on AIM transactions. He holds a number of CISI qualifications, and is now studying for the ICAEW corporate finance diploma.


Isabella Pierre

Corporate Broking

Isabella started her career working at Old Park Lane Capital, a boutique natural resources stockbroker, before moving to Vox Markets, a FinTech Investor Relations platform, where she worked closely with board level management in introducing new methods of online shareholder communications. She later joined Northland Capital, an institutional stockbroker, working on AIM transactions across Healthcare, TMT and Mining within the Corporate Broking and Equity Sales division.


Simon Leathers

Corporate Finance

Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999, and has over 16 years of corporate finance experience with Evolution Securities, Daniel Stewart & Co, Fox-Davies Capital and BDO LLP. He has provided financial and regulatory advice to a number of private and public companies in retained and transaction roles. He has acted as lead corporate finance adviser on a broad range of transaction types, and in doing so fulfilled the role of Nominated Adviser for the LSE’s AIM market and sponsor for the LSE’s Main Market.


Phil Swinfen

Mining Analyst

Phil has 20 years’ experience in the mining industry. A geologist by training, he started his career in 1998 working in diamond exploration in South Africa. Subsequently, Phil worked as an exploration and mining geologist for Anglo American over a wide range of commodities and projects worldwide. Since 2006, Phil has worked as a mining analyst for a variety of London stockbroking firms and investment banks, being a member of the No.1 ranked mining team at Numis Securities. In 2016 he founded his own firm, Mineview Consulting, which advises a variety of clients including brokers, banks, investment institutions and mining companies. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Exploration Geology (First Class) from the University of Wales, Cardiff and an MSc in Mineral Project Appraisal (Distinction) from The Royal School of Mines, Imperial College London. Phil is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists.
